GeoTarget is a tool from SEO MOZ that analyses how geo targeted your website is for a specific international and local areas. It checks your sites TLD, hosting IP address and even your pages for a local address. It then gives you tips to impliment on your site to be more geotargeted.
Rank Checker You may be familiar this rank checker from exact factor. You can check a sites rank for up to 3 keywords at a time and even sign up for an account to get updates of your sites rankings. You can Google, Yahoo Search an MSN along with the country specific versions of each search engine.
I just wanted to add Keyword Discovery here even though I'm sure most of you already know about this tool, but just in an effort to keep this list as complete as possible and inform those that may not be aware they have databases in differnt languages and regions.
